We rehearse on Monday evenings at Cheapside Village Hall, and later in a show's schedule, also on Wednesday evenings at All Saints Hall; always at 8.00 pm.

We perform a fully costumed show once a year, a formal dress Concert in Autumn, and one or more less formal Christmas Concerts.

The society is managed by an elected committee, for which elections are held every year at the AGM.   Funding is by means of a membership subscription, which covers  the hire of halls, the accompanist and music director.   It also provides insurance cover for our stage and library effects and for the membership.

Full membership entitles you perform in all concerts and productions, and the right to vote at the AGM. Subscriptions are £12.50 per month by Standing Order (either online or see download form below),  or £150 for the year

Student/Junior membership  applies to those under 16 or in full-time education. This is charged at just £5 a month, payable by standing order or cheque.

New members are given a couple of weeks to see whether they want to join the Society on a permanent basis,  before  we ask that a standing order be set up.

Various Social Events are organised and generally include partners.   There have been summer barbecues, an entry to the local Ascot and Sunningdale Carnival, and an annual Christmas dinner.   In December 2002 members of the Society were involved in carol singing at Ascot Races to which some of the members children came and, although briefly, the group appeared on BBC TV.
